Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products once they have been shipped. This policy ensures that all our customers receive products that are fresh, uncontaminated, and safe for personal use.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for a photo of the product for verification. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or alternative solution at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Since we do not accept returns for personal use items, refunds are only issued in cases of verified shipping errors or defective products. Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
